I bought my mi band global version in October 2020 for around 50$, In corona Pandemic, I wanted to stay healthy and fit. so those days I started to work out with some Exercise, Yoga, and Meditation sessions, when I take a long run normally the band show 135-150 BPM," BPM "means heart beats per minute at the normal state I have 70-76 BPM.
and it is also water resistant smartwatch it has nearly 20 days of battery life. we can swim Go to the gym bath while we wearing It,
But I Observe an issue, when I ride my bike it is also counting Steps so at the end of the day sometimes I Got a considerable step count.
Anapanasati
At first, I started " Anapanasathi " which Focus On Breath. I did that meditation daily bases for around 20-30 minutes.
when I started BPM was around 70-80 But at the end of the session, my BPM Became around 60.
I followed this routine for 6 months,
Some days I feel deep Focus, but some days I feel more disturbed by my Inner thoughts. after some time I recorded the lowest BPM Which is 53BPM.
Guided Body Scan
The body scan is also a good practice we just need to plug in the earphones and listen to it with deep focus.

In the Body scan meditation, I have recorded the same BPM Values,
but some days I have tried that meditation while lying down In bed most days I have fallen down to sleep
But the Mi band measures exactly my meditation time and sleep time separately.
